Theatre of Wine’s resident whisky expert Myles will be taking charge and sharing his knowledge of just how stills create and dispense this so-called water of life. He is looking forward to sharing some ace food pairings to go with some new favourite bottles. With a principal focus on Scotland, participants will also open some excellent whiskies from across the globe, perhaps including those of Ireland, India, Taiwan, Japan and the USA.
